Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University (DBRANLU), located at Rajiv Gandhi Education City, Sonepat, Haryana, is a National Law University established under the Haryana State Legislature Act No. 15 of 2012.
The university’s Centre for Conflict Management & Dispute Resolution (CCMDR) promotes research, training and practical engagement in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The CCMDR Blog invites original contributions connecting academic research with practical developments in dispute resolution. It welcomes analytical writing on emerging issues, legal developments and institutional practices affecting the resolution of disputes.
The call aims to encourage informed discussion on ADR mechanisms and their role in improving access to justice, resolving conflicts and addressing contemporary legal challenges.

Arbitration: Contemporary issues in domestic and international arbitration, arbitral procedure and enforcement of awards.
Negotiation and Conciliation: Strategies, principles and legal developments in consensual dispute resolution.
Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): Technology-assisted dispute resolution, digital platforms and emerging challenges.
Restorative and Community-Based Justice: Community-led approaches to conflict resolution and restorative justice.
Commercial Disputes: ADR in business, contractual and commercial conflicts.
Family and Workplace Disputes: Alternative approaches to resolving family, employment and workplace conflicts.
Consumer and Public Disputes: Dispute resolution mechanisms involving consumers, public institutions and administrative bodies.
Judicial and Legislative Developments: Recent judgments, statutory changes and policy updates concerning ADR.
Comparative and International Perspectives: Cross-jurisdictional approaches to conflict management and dispute resolution.
Authors are encouraged to develop a clear argument and provide meaningful analysis rather than merely describing the law.
The CCMDR Blog accepts the following types of contributions:
Opinion Pieces: Reasoned arguments on contemporary issues in conflict management and dispute resolution.
Case Comments and Case Notes: Critical analysis of relevant judicial decisions.
Contemporary Developments: Articles examining recent legal, legislative, policy or institutional developments.
Institutional Updates: Contributions concerning developments in dispute resolution institutions and practices.
The call is open to a broad range of contributors, including:
Law students and other students.
Researchers and research scholars.
Academicians and faculty members.
Legal practitioners.
Mediators and arbitrators.
Policy professionals.
Co-authorship is permitted for a maximum of two authors per submission.
The similarity index should ordinarily not exceed 10%.
AI-generated content must not exceed 15% of the manuscript.
Authors should ensure that their submissions are original and properly referenced.

Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis. There is no fixed submission deadline specified in the call, so interested authors may submit their manuscripts on an ongoing basis.
