The CADR Blog at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL) invites original contributions on contemporary developments and emerging trends in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). This platform provides law students, academics, and legal professionals an opportunity to publish analytical pieces on arbitration, mediation, negotiation, and related legal fields.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to interested authors, including students, researchers, and legal practitioners.
• Co-authorship is permitted for up to two authors.
• Manuscripts may be submitted in either English or Hindi.

Themes & Scope

• Submissions may address any aspect of ADR, including arbitration, mediation, negotiation, conciliation, and Lok Adalats.
• Coverage includes domestic, foreign, or international dispute resolution topics.
• Interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral works examining the intersection of ADR with other legal domains are strongly encouraged.
• Analytical submissions are preferred over purely descriptive pieces.

Formatting & Submission Guidelines

• Word Limit: 1000–1500 words (excluding endnotes). Longer manuscripts may be published in parts at the discretion of the Board.
• Font Details: Garamond, Size 12, 1.5 line spacing, Justified alignment, 6 pt paragraph spacing before and after.
• Title Format: Garamond, Size 12, All Caps, Bold.
• Referencing: Citations must be provided primarily via hyperlinks embedded in the text. Where hyperlinks are unavailable, OSCOLA (4th Edition) endnotes should be used.
• Anonymity: Manuscripts must not contain the author’s name, institutional affiliation, or identifying details.
• File Format: Submissions must be in Microsoft Word (.docx) format, with the filename set to the title of the post.
• Originality & AI Policy: Submissions must be original and unpublished. Use of AI tools for content generation or refinement is strictly prohibited. Plagiarism leads to immediate disqualification.
