Legal Research & Analysis (Leg. Res. Anal.) is a quarterly, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access law journal published by Innovative Insights (SMC-Private) Limited, Lahore, Pakistan. The journal treats law as its central object of study and welcomes scholarly work connecting legal analysis with social, economic, and policy contexts both in Pakistan and internationally.

The journal assigns a Crossref DOI to every accepted article under the prefix 10.69971. Manuscripts undergo rigorous double-blind peer review by at least two external reviewers and are published under the CC BY 4.0 licence, ensuring authors retain full copyright.

Eligibility & Submission Guidelines

• Eligible Authors: Academics, researchers, legal practitioners, as well as undergraduate and postgraduate law students from any country.

• Co-authorship: Permitted.

• Originality: Manuscripts must be original, written in English, and not under consideration elsewhere.

• File Requirements: Authors must upload two Word files: a Title Page and an Anonymised Manuscript.

• Abstract & Keywords: Every submission must include an abstract of 150–250 words accompanied by 3–10 keywords.

• Citation Style: References should adhere to the Chicago author-date style, with cases and statutory citations placed in footnotes.

Publication Charges

There are no submission, processing, or publication charges (Zero APC / Free Publication).

Step-by-Step How to Apply
