Trends in Intellectual Property Research (Trends Intellect. Prop. Res.) is a quarterly, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Innovative Insights (SMC-Private) Limited, Lahore, Pakistan. The journal publishes high-quality legal, policy, and empirical scholarship addressing intellectual property rights worldwide.

Eligible Categories: Original research articles, review articles, and case comments.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Academics, legal researchers, intellectual property practitioners, and undergraduate/postgraduate law students from any country are welcome to submit.

• Co-authorship is allowed.

Submission Guidelines

• Manuscripts must be original, written in English, and not under consideration elsewhere.

• Submit papers in Microsoft Word format. Author details must appear only on a separate title page to preserve the blind peer-review process.

• Every submission must include an abstract of 250–350 words and 6–10 keywords.

• Citations must follow the Chicago author-date referencing style. Acts, statutes, and case law must be cited in numbered footnotes.

Publication Charges & Perks

• Fee: There are no article processing charges (APCs) or publication fees at any stage.

• Perks: Published authors receive an individual Crossref DOI, indexing in global bibliographic databases, and instant open-access distribution under CC BY 4.0.
