Apex University, Jaipur is a multidisciplinary institution established with the objective of promoting academic excellence, innovation, research, skill-based education, and holistic development. The University is supported by the Sanjay Shiksha Samiti, established in 1965, one of India's oldest and most reputed educational societies.
The University seeks to nurture future professionals through a combination of academic rigour and practical exposure while encouraging research, innovation, and professional competence.
The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Jaipur has been constituted under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, with the objective of ensuring access to justice, particularly for weaker and marginalised sections of society.
Functioning under the supervision of the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, DLSA Jaipur provides free legal aid through legal aid clinics, front offices, and paralegal volunteers while promoting legal awareness and access to justice.
Jus Novum, meaning "New Law," is a national-level law festival organised by the Moot Court Society, Apex School of Law, Apex University, in collaboration with District Legal Services Authority (District), Jaipur.
Scheduled during August–September 2026, the festival is designed as a premier platform to nurture aspiring legal professionals through a series of academic and skill-based competitions.
