
The Civil Litigation Practice & Drafting – Batch 11 programme is an intensive eight-week live certificate course that equips participants with practical litigation and drafting skills required for civil practice. Combining doctrinal concepts with practical drafting exercises, the programme is taught by Advocates-on-Record, Supreme Court practitioners, and experienced litigators.
Participants learn to draft pleadings, written statements, legal notices, miscellaneous applications, execution petitions, appeals, and other procedural documents through practical exercises and simulation-based learning.
Along with litigation training, the programme includes career guidance on building an independent legal practice, CV-building support, internship recommendations for top performers, and personalised feedback on assignments.
