Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Case Management: Independently manage matters from interpreting initial client briefs and identifying core legal issues to strategy formulation, drafting, filing, and final hearings.
- Dispute Resolution & Arbitration: Actively handle complex civil and commercial litigation alongside domestic/international arbitration matters.
- Court Appearances: Regularly appear and argue matters before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Commercial Courts, and various arbitral tribunals.
- Specialized Advisory: Drive strategy and court filings for high-value commercial disputes and intellectual property (IP) litigation.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of substantive court and tribunal litigation experience (PQE). Note: Internship, in-house, corporate legal department, and non-litigation experience will not be counted toward the required PQE.
- Key Exposure: Prior experience practicing before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Commercial Courts, and arbitral tribunals is highly preferred.
- Skills Required: Outstanding legal drafting and research capabilities, robust analytical and oral advocacy skills, and the proven ability to independently manage case files under general strategic direction.
