About the Opportunity / Organizer
aab & partners, the Corporate Division of Abhay Bharadwaj & Associates, is inviting applications for Legal Associate positions in its Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Law teams in Rajkot, Gujarat. The firm's legal teams handle both litigation and non-litigation legal matters across corporate and IP domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review legal notices, agreements, applications, replies, and other legal documentation.
- Conduct in-depth legal research in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Law (IPR).
- Maintain case files, records, and comprehensive matter-related documentation.
- Coordinate seamlessly with clients, advocates, and key stakeholders.
- Assist senior associates and partners in both litigation and non-litigation legal matters.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Advocates holding a B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) or B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree, specializing in Corporate Law and IPR Law.
- Prior legal experience in Corporate Law and/or IPR Law practice areas.
- High legal proficiency in English, along with conversational proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills, including prior experience drafting notices, applications, and commercial agreements.
- Willingness to travel within Gujarat and across India for legal matters and professional engagements.

- Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Joining: Immediate or as early as possible
- Salary: Based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and interview performance
