About the Opportunity / Organizer
aab & partners, the Corporate Division of Abhay Bharadwaj & Associates, is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate in its Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Law practice teams based in Rajkot, Gujarat. The firm handles both litigation and non-litigation matters for a diverse corporate client base.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
- Prepare and review legal notices, agreements, applications, replies, and other corporate and IP legal documents.
- Conduct detailed legal research in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property (IPR) Law.
- Maintain case files, records, and matter-related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, advocates, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Assist senior associates and partners in handling complex litigation and non-litigation assignments.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Advocates holding a B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) or B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree with specialization in Corporate Law and IPR Law.
- Prior experience in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property Law practice areas.
- High legal proficiency and drafting expertise in English.
- Conversational proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills, with prior experience drafting legal notices, applications, and agreements.
- Willingness to travel within Gujarat and across India for legal matters and professional commitments.
Stipend, Perks & Awards
- Remuneration: Competitive salary based on qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
- Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
- Joining: Immediate or as early as possible.
