Key Responsibilities
- Litigation Management: Oversee and manage ongoing and new litigation cases, coordinating effectively with external counsels to protect the company's interests.
- Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and finalize a diverse range of commercial agreements, including EPC and technology agreements, NDAs, MoUs, renewables contracts, and land-related documentation.
- Risk Mitigation: Partner closely with business teams to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential legal and regulatory risks.
- Compliance Audits: Conduct comprehensive compliance audits across business functions and drive the timely closure of audit observations.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice to various internal departments and business leaders.
- Legal Intelligence: Track evolving laws, regulations, and judicial pronouncements, assessing their potential impact on business operations.
- Capacity Building: Design and conduct legal awareness workshops and training sessions for internal teams to foster a culture of compliance.
Who We Are Looking For
- Education: LL.B. graduate from a recognized university.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in-house or with a reputed law firm handling corporate commercial matters.
- Skills: Strong drafting capabilities, excellent analytical skills, sound business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
