About the Opportunity
Aerie Law is inviting applications from qualified legal professionals for the position of Associate – Corporate Practice. The selected candidate will focus on General Corporate Advisory and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) matters, handling both domestic and cross-border transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work hands-on on corporate transactions and corporate advisory matters.
- Assist with General Corporate Advisory assignments and mandates.
- Support M&A transactions and related corporate legal work.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis as required.
- Assist with transaction documentation, agreements, and key legal deliverables.
- Work on international and cross-border transactions and regulatory matters.
- Manage assignments with ownership and ensure timely delivery across tight deadlines.
- Maintain high standards of precision, clarity, and quality across all legal output.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Demonstrated experience in General Corporate Advisory and M&A transactions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with precision and responsiveness.
- High level of accountability, strong work ethics, and transaction management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment without compromising work quality.
Stipend, Perks & Awards
