Specific responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive case law and statutory research.
- Assisting in drafting legal briefs, memoranda, and procedural documents.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and synthesizing recent judicial and regulatory developments.
- Providing actionable analysis on ongoing litigation and advisory files.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Open to enrolled law students (LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B. or equivalent) who demonstrate strong academic standing.
- Demonstrated analytical capability and high-level legal research skills.
