Key Responsibilities & Areas of Exposure
Selected interns will receive rigorous, practical exposure across live matters in Sector 56, Gurugram. Key work areas include:
Real Estate & RERA: Advisory, compliance, and dispute resolution under RERA frameworks.
Insolvency & Bankruptcy: Handling matters before the NCLT and appellate tribunals under the IBC.
Corporate & Commercial Litigation: Managing civil suits, commercial disputes, and dispute strategy.
Contract Drafting: Drafting, vetting, and reviewing commercial agreements, notices, and applications.
Compliance & Audits: Conducting statutory audits, legal research, and regulatory diligence.
Documentation: Case analysis, petition drafting, and procedural research.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Pursuing a recognized LL.B. or integrated law degree.
Demonstrated keen interest in Corporate, Commercial, Compliance, Real Estate, and Litigation law.
Strong analytical, legal research, and drafting proficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and legal research databases.
Prior internship experience with a law firm or corporate legal department is an advantage.
