AKT Law Offices is inviting applications from enthusiastic and motivated law students for the position of Legal Intern.
About the Internship
The internship offers law students an opportunity to gain practical exposure to litigation and legal practice while strengthening their skills in legal research, drafting and case preparation.
The internship is primarily virtual, although interns may be required to attend court visits for assigned matters.
Eligibility Criteria
The opportunity is open to:
Students pursuing an LL.B. programme.
Freshers, who are also welcome to apply.
Candidates with a strong interest in litigation and legal practice.
Applicants with good research, drafting and communication skills.
Candidates who are willing to learn, take initiative and demonstrate sincerity and attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns will be expected to:
Conduct legal research and case-law analysis.
Assist in drafting legal notices, petitions, applications, pleadings and other legal documents.
Prepare case briefs, research notes and case summaries.
Assist with litigation matters and case preparation.
Support the legal team with day-to-day assignments and proceedings.
Internship Mode and Location
Mode: Primarily virtual.
Location: Delhi.
Court Visits: Required as and when necessary for assigned matters.
