Role Overview
Aman Dawra & Associates is inviting ambitious, diligent, and research-driven law students to join their team as Legal Interns. This internship is structured to provide an immersive, hands-on experience in real-time litigation, court proceedings, case strategy, and advanced legal drafting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on statutory provisions, procedural laws, and judicial precedents across platforms like SCC Online and Manupatra.
- Assist advocates in drafting legal notices, pleadings, plaints, written statements, writ petitions, and affidavits.
- Accompany senior counsel to court hearings, briefings, and tribunal proceedings, maintaining precise hearing notes and case trackers.
- Prepare case briefs, summaries, and synopses of voluminous case files for upcoming trials and arguments.
- Assist in managing day-to-day chamber filings, administrative court compliances, and registry procedures.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Students currently pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated proficiency in legal research, analytical reasoning, and written communication.
- Familiarity with procedural laws (CPC, CrPC, Evidence Act) and commercial statutes is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced chamber environment.
