About the Opportunity / Organizer
Archer Legal Services, under the leadership of Adv. Abhishek Tyagi, is inviting applications for five Legal Intern positions commencing October 2026. This internship provides law students and fresh graduates with immersive practical exposure to litigation, legal research, drafting, corporate matters, and active court visits in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
- Conducting thorough legal research across civil, commercial, banking, and corporate matters.
- Assisting in drafting petitions, notices, contracts, and case preparation documents.
- Attending court proceedings at Tis Hazari Court and observing litigation practices.
- Supporting lawyers in day-to-day case management and administrative tasks.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Current law students (3-year or 5-year LL.B. programs) and fresh law graduates.
- Candidates seeking to build practical skills in Civil & Commercial Litigation, Corporate Law, and Banking & Finance / Recovery.
Stipend, Perks & Awards
- Stipend: Unpaid / No stipend.
- Perks: Certificate of Internship and practical mentorship under advocates experienced before the Supreme Court of India.
