About the Opportunity
Archer Legal Services, led by Adv. Abhishek Tyagi, is inviting applications for five (5) Legal Intern positions in Delhi. This internship offers extensive practical exposure to litigation, corporate matters, and active court proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparation of case briefs.
- Participate in court visits and observe proceedings primarily at Delhi Tis Hazari Court.
- Work across core practice areas including Civil & Commercial Litigation, Corporate & Commercial Matters, and Banking & Finance / Recovery.
- Handle day-to-day legal assignments under direct mentorship.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Current law students pursuing LL.B. (3-year or 5-year programs).
- Fresh law graduates seeking practical court and drafting experience.
- Candidates eager to develop foundational skills in legal research, procedural litigation, and corporate legal work.
Stipend & Perks
- Stipend: Unpaid (No stipend).
- Perks: Mentorship under Supreme Court experienced lawyers and a Certificate of Internship upon successful completion.
