Role Scope & Responsibilities
Arclegal is seeking a sincere, hardworking, and committed Legal Associate for its office in New Delhi. The position focuses primarily on insolvency and bankruptcy law, involving dispute resolution, corporate litigation, legal research, and drafting before specialized tribunals and courts.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–1 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Domain Focus: Keen interest and aptitude for insolvency and bankruptcy law (IBC).
- Attributes: Dedicated, hardworking, and committed approach toward litigation and corporate advisory work.
- Availability: Immediate joiners are preferred.
Stipend & Compensation
As per industry standards for junior associates, commensurate with qualifications and performance.
