Ardent Privacy Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for a 6-month Legal Intern position in Pune. Ardent Privacy works to maximize data privacy and security within enterprises by minimizing data. Its approach aims to reduce privacy-related liability and business risk while supporting compliance with global privacy laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
- Conduct legal research on data privacy, technology law, and cybersecurity regulations.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing technology contracts, NDAs, and commercial agreements.
- Support privacy compliance initiatives and track regulatory legal developments.
- Assist with legal documentation, tenders, and enterprise compliance-related work.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed LLB or LLM degree.
- Demonstrated interest in Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Technology Law.
- Strong research, drafting, and written communication skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
