Positions & Experience Requirements
- Principal Associate: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience leading and managing complex privacy compliance programs and legal frameworks.
- Associate / Senior Associate: 1 to 4 years of total work experience, with a minimum of 1 year of direct hands-on experience in privacy implementation and execution.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Privacy & Compliance Expertise: Demonstrated experience in navigating privacy compliance, data protection management, and regulatory frameworks.
- Corporate & Commercial Drafting: Strong hands-on experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing general corporate, technology, and commercial contracts.
- Precision & Detail: Exceptional analytical capacity with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Excellence: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills suited for client-facing engagements and cross-functional leadership.
