About the Internship
ASPA Legal is inviting applications from enthusiastic and motivated law students for a Commercial Litigation Internship for November 2026.

Eligibility Criteria
The internship is open to:
Students pursuing the 3rd or 4th year of a five-year integrated LL.B. programme.
Students pursuing the 3rd year of a three-year LL.B. programme.
Candidates with strong legal research, writing and analytical skills.
Students with a genuine interest in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Candidates who are proactive, attentive to detail and willing to learn.
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns will be involved in:
Conducting legal research and case-law analysis.
Drafting pleadings, applications and legal notices.
Assisting with case preparation and court-related work.
Researching commercial disputes and procedural laws.
