About the Organization
AvoPropTech (BuySafe) operates at the intersection of technology and real estate advisory, facilitating secure, verified, and transparent property transactions through comprehensive legal due diligence, title verification, and regulatory compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
The selected intern will work directly on real estate legal research and title investigation. Primary tasks include:
Conducting legal research on property, land laws, and real estate regulations.
Assisting in property title search, verification, and tracing title histories.
Performing MahaRERA research, compliance tracking, and project verification.
Carrying out litigation checks across court records and dispute tribunals.
Conducting builder background checks and developer due diligence.
Reviewing agreements, conveyances, sale deeds, and related transactional instruments.
Drafting and compiling real estate due diligence reports and summaries.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Pursuing a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year Integrated LL.B. program.
Demonstrated keen interest in Real Estate, RERA, and Property Law.
Proficiency in legal research, case law analysis, and document review.
Strong analytical ability and exceptional attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Immediate availability for full-time, in-office work in Mumbai.
Duration, Mode & Stipend
Mode: Full-time, In-Office (Mumbai, Maharashtra).
Duration: 1 month initially, extendable up to 3 months based on performance.
Stipend: ₹8,000 per month.
Joining: Immediate.
