About the Role
As a Legal Intern at Baidip Legal, you won't just be doing shadow work. You will actively contribute to real-world corporate and IP deliverables under direct supervision. From executing trademark searches to drafting comprehensive legal notices and company policies, this role provides significant exposure across the spectrum of commercial and IP law.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Assist with drafting, reviewing, and analyzing commercial contracts and agreements.
- Intellectual Property & Trademarks: Conduct exhaustive trademark searches, assist with filing applications, prosecution procedures, and ongoing IP portfolio management.
- Legal Research & Advisory: Perform rigorous legal research on emerging regulatory matters and support general corporate advisory services.
- Corporate Governance & Compliance: Help draft and refine internal company policies and compliance frameworks.
- Client Deliverables: Draft formal legal notices and take direct ownership of assigned client projects under senior mentorship.
