Bala Law Offices is a boutique law practice led by Advocate Tagore Bala, who serves as an Empanelled Advocate for the Airports Authority of India and Standing Counsel for the Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs. The firm specializes in Real Estate Law and Litigation, steering advisory, transactional, and dispute-resolution matters before diverse courts and statutory authorities.
Role & Responsibilities
Interns will gain practical, hands-on exposure to transactional real estate legal work based out of a client’s office in Hyderabad. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in comprehensive real estate title due diligence and scrutiny.
- Conducting rigorous legal research on property laws, statutory regulations, and judicial precedents.
- Assisting in drafting deeds, contracts, notices, and procedural court documents.
Eligibility & Criteria
- Students currently in their 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated law degree (B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B.).
- Students in their 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LL.B. program.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in reading and understanding Telugu is mandatory due to local revenue and land records.
Internship Details
- Location: Hyderabad (Offline / On-site at client office).
- Duration: Rolling basis.
