About the Legal Internship

BillCut is inviting applications for a Legal Associate Intern to join its core legal team. The internship offers law students an opportunity to gain direct exposure to fintech and AI-related legal challenges, along with practical experience in banking law, corporate law, compliance, contracts and customer grievance redressal.

Eligibility

The Legal Associate Internship at BillCut is open to:

• Penultimate-year or final-year law students.

• Candidates interested in Fintech, Banking or Corporate Law.

• Candidates who are proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidates with good communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected legal interns may be involved in:

• Drafting and vetting partner contracts.

• Conducting compliance checks relating to the RBI, DPDP Act, IT Act and TRAI.

• Working on refining customer grievance redressal mechanisms.

• Conducting legal research on banking and related laws.

Additional Information

The internship provides direct exposure to the core legal team and offers practical experience in addressing legal issues arising in the fintech and AI sectors.
