Role & Key Responsibilities
The company is seeking a motivated Legal Associate specializing in Intellectual Property (IP) and Anti-Piracy enforcement. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging in intellectual property protection and anti-piracy enforcement operations.
- Drafting, reviewing, and dispatching legal notices, takedown requests, and agreements.
- Supporting clients in privacy protection, copyright enforcement, and trademark matters.
- Collaborating with enforcement and technical teams to identify and address online IP infringements.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Law graduates, including freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant professional experience (0–2 PQE).
- Strong foundational interest in intellectual property, copyright law, cyber law, and privacy regulations.
- Proficiency in legal drafting, particularly drafting notices, cease-and-desist letters, and operational agreements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in fast-paced enforcement operations.
