About the Opportunity / Organizer
Buttan & Associates is inviting applications for 1 Legal Associate and 4 Legal Intern positions at its Delhi litigation office. This opportunity provides intensive hands-on exposure to civil and criminal litigation, court proceedings, case-law analysis, and legal drafting.
Key Responsibilities
Participating in daily court appearances and litigation proceedings across various courts and tribunals in Delhi.
Drafting comprehensive legal pleadings, applications, notices, and petitions.
Conducting in-depth legal research and case-law analysis.
Assisting senior associates and partners in litigation strategy and case management.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Candidates pursuing an LL.B. degree (3-Year or 5-Year) from a recognized university or institution.
Fresh law graduates seeking associate litigation roles are strongly encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated interest in dispute resolution, court litigation, and legal drafting.
Strong analytical, research, communication, and drafting skills.
Duration & Location
Duration: November 2026 – December 2026.
Work Mode: On-site (Full-time).
Location: South Extension, Part-II, New Delhi.
Joining: Immediate.
