About the Opportunity
This on-site internship offers aspiring legal professionals an exceptional platform to dive into the practical aspects of Indian legal practice, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise compliance. Interns will work closely with seasoned practitioners and engage directly in high-impact projects that bridge academic legal theory with industry execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research on statutory provisions, case laws, regulatory updates, and public policy matters.
- Drafting & Documentation: Assist in drafting legal notices, compliance documentation, agreements, and research memorandums.
- Regulatory Compliance: Support the legal team in monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing compliance requirements across relevant sectors.
- Case Analysis: Prepare case summaries, briefs, and presentation materials for internal and client briefings.

Candidate Eligibility
