About the Opportunity / Organizer
CDJ Law Firm is a distinguished Chennai-based law firm handling a wide spectrum of legal matters including litigation, arbitration, corporate and commercial law, and property-related disputes. The firm regularly represents clients before the Madras High Court, NCLT/NCLAT, arbitral tribunals, civil and criminal courts, and various other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
- Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, written submissions, and other essential court documents.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and comprehensive legal opinions.
- Appear regularly before Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial/quasi-judicial forums.
- Assist in managing complex litigation, domestic/international arbitration, and corporate transactional matters.
- Conduct exhaustive legal research and assist senior legal counsel in trial and hearing preparation.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of post-qualification experience (0-3 PQE).
- Must be enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
- Demonstrated interest in litigation, arbitration, and legal drafting.
- Proactive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and commitment to taking ownership of legal matters.
- Ready to appear before various courts, tribunals, and legal forums.
