About the Opportunity / Organizer
The Centre for Competition Law and Economics (CCLE) is an India-based law and policy think tank specialising in regulatory strategy, antitrust, and good governance. The Centre provides legal representation, stakeholder management, media, and policy research services to both public and private stakeholders. Having advised statutory bodies and government departments including the Competition Commission of India (CCI), the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), and the Department of Consumer Affairs, CCLE works extensively across cutting-edge domains such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Advertising Technology (AdTech), data protection, and antitrust enforcement.
Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Tracking: Monitor and compile national and international legal and policy developments in competition law, technology policy, and regulatory affairs.
- Policy & Academic Research: Conduct in-depth research, draft concise briefing notes for management, and author articles for publication in mainstream newspapers and academic platforms.
- Conferences & Engagements: Participate in webinars and in-person conferences hosted by CCLE or partnering global institutions.
- Outreach: Develop informed content for digital outreach, reports, and social media dissemination.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Open to students in the final year of their registered undergraduate or postgraduate degree programme (Law, Economics, or Public Policy preferred).
- Early-stage candidates demonstrating exceptional research capability may be considered on a case-to-case basis.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and research credentials are required.
Duration & Work Mode
- Duration: 1 Month.
- Work Mode: Hybrid (New Delhi).
