The Centre for Labour Law Research and Advocacy (CLLRA) at NLU Delhi is a premier research center dedicated to conducting rigorous legal research, advocating for legal and policy reforms, and promoting awareness around labour rights, workplace standards, and statutory policy framework across India.
Role & Core Responsibilities
- Legal & Policy Research: Engage in high-level legal, statutory, and comparative academic research on critical labour law issues and policy developments.
- Policy Drafting & Advocacy: Contribute to substantive policy papers, consultative documents, and advocacy interventions aimed at systemic reform.
- Outreach Initiatives: Participate in organizing workshops, awareness drives, legal consultations, and institutional outreach programs.
Eligibility & Qualification Criteria
- Undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate law students are primary candidates for this role.
- Students from non-law academic backgrounds (such as Public Policy, Economics, Sociology, or Political Science) with a demonstrated interest in labour rights, empirical policy research, or social advocacy are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong research, analytical writing, and communication skills are essential.
