About the Opportunity / Organizer
The Chamber of Mr. Yashraj Singh Bundela, Advocate-on-Record (AOR), Supreme Court of India, invites applications for a physical Legal Internship in New Delhi. This position offers immersive, hands-on exposure to Supreme Court litigation and active legal practice across multiple statutory and constitutional domains.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
Selected legal interns will work closely on Supreme Court matters and take on key responsibilities, including:
Legal Drafting: Preparing petitions, applications, written submissions, and client opinions.
Legal Research: Conducting rigorous legal research on complex points of law and judicial precedents.
Court Proceedings: Attending and observing hearings at the Supreme Court of India.
Substantive Practice Areas: Exposure to Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Service Law, Arbitration, Energy Law, Tax Law, and other legal streams.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Currently enrolled law students (LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.) with a strong academic background.
A keen interest in litigation, drafting, and Supreme Court legal practice.
Duration & Preference
Applications are currently accepted for internship slots up to July 2027. Preference will be given to candidates seeking a long-term internship of 3 months or more.
