Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Legal Research: Deep-dive into case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks using specialized legal databases.
- Legal Drafting: Prepare pleadings, court applications, case notes, legal briefs, and strategy summaries.
- Case Management: Assist in reviewing, preparing, and organizing legal files for court matters.
- Procedural & Logistical Support: Gain practical knowledge by supporting ongoing matters across courts and tribunals in Mumbai.
- Strategic Contribution: Engage in analytical assignments to support case formulation and argument structure.
Eligibility Requirements
- Law students currently enrolled in V-II or V-III of a 5-year LL.B. course, or III-I or III-II of a 3-year LL.B. course.
- Demonstrated expertise in legal research, drafting, and analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office and standard online legal research databases.
- Strong commitment to quality, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
