About the Opportunity
The Chambers of Adv. Syed Adil Husain & Associates is currently welcoming ambitious, dedicated law students for an on-site Law Intern position. This role offers unparalleled firsthand exposure to real-time litigation across civil, commercial, and criminal matters, alongside specialized experience in MCD panel matters and appellate tribunal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- Courtroom Exposure: Assisting in daily court proceedings, observing arguments, and active case tracking across trial courts and appellate tribunals.
- Legal Drafting: Drafting core legal documents, notices, interim applications, case briefs, and pleadings under senior guidance.
- Legal Research: Conducting rigorous statutory research, precedent analysis, and preparing case law notes for active matters.
- Case Management: Managing case files, organizing briefs, and assisting with procedural compliance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students currently enrolled in the 3rd year or above of a 5-Year Integrated Law Program.
- Students in the 2nd year or above of a 3-Year LL.B. Program.
- Strong foundational knowledge in civil, criminal, and procedural laws.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and legal drafting skills.
- High degree of punctuality, discipline, and sincere commitment to litigation.
- Candidates residing in or based out of Delhi NCR are strongly preferred.
