About the Practice
The Chambers of Advocate Ravinder Aggarwal runs a diverse and robust litigation practice across multiple judicial forums in Delhi, including the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and various District & Magistrate Courts (with primary office operations based out of Tis Hazari Court). The practice spans a wide array of legal domains, offering a rich learning ground for an aspiring litigator.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting & Documentation: Draft petitions, written statements, applications, replications, and other essential legal documents.
- Court Appearances: Represent clients and handle case coordination and appearances before various Delhi courts.
- Case Research & Filings: Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex points of law and assist with court filing procedures.
- Client Interaction: Assist in client briefings, case strategy discussions, and managing legal documentation.

Candidate Requirements
