Key Responsibilities
- Legal Research: Conduct deep-dive legal research into statutory provisions, landmark judgments, and complex procedural matters across criminal and civil domain jurisdictions.
- Drafting & Documentation: Assist in drafting legal pleadings, petitions, applications, and legal opinions under direct supervision.
- Court Procedures & Filings: Gain first-hand operational insight into court filings, case management, registry procedures, and daily trial management.
- Court Attendance: Observe courtroom proceedings and assist counsel during active hearings in New Delhi courts.
Candidate Eligibility
- Preference is given to 2nd and 3rd-year law students enrolled in a recognized 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program.
- Strong analytical research capabilities and sharp attention to detail.
- Demonstrated interest in litigation, prosecution work, and legal drafting.
