About Chambers of Akshai Malik
Chambers of Akshai Malik is led by Mr. Akshai Malik, who serves as a Special Public Prosecutor (SPP) for the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Standing Counsel for the State of Goa. He brings over two decades of experience at the Bar across various fields of legal practice.
Role & Responsibilities
Interns will gain direct exposure to litigation practice and court procedures. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive legal research on various substantive and procedural law topics.
Assisting in drafting pleadings, petitions, and legal documents.
Assisting with court filing process and managing court-related work.
Eligibility & Criteria
Preference will be given to 2nd and 3rd year law students (5-year integrated course) or equivalent law students.
Duration
Internships are available for the months of September 2026 and October 2026.
