About the Organizer
The Chambers of Bharat Monga is the dispute resolution and litigation office of Bharat Monga, Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India. The chamber regularly handles complex appellate litigation, writ petitions, and trial matters across various forums with a special focus on the Supreme Court of India.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on constitutional, civil, and criminal law propositions.
- Assist in drafting special leave petitions (SLPs), writ petitions, applications, and legal notices.
- Prepare case briefs, case summaries, and compilation of case law.
- Engage actively in a fast-paced Supreme Court litigation environment.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Final year law students pursuing LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course).
- Demonstrated interest in litigation and Supreme Court practice.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and standard legal databases (SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.).
- Willingness to work dedicatedly in a fast-paced environment.
