About the Opportunity
The Chambers of Ekta Mehta is inviting applications for the position of Junior Colleague / Legal Associate with 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). The primary forum of practice will be the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, alongside appearances and filings before the Supreme Court of India, District/Trial Courts, and various specialized Tribunals across New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in drafting comprehensive pleadings, petitions, and legal notices.
- Conducting in-depth legal research on statutory provisions and case laws.
- Handling case files, document management, and filings before multiple judicial forums.
- Appearing before the High Court of Delhi, Supreme Court, Trial Courts, and Tribunals.
- Briefing Senior Advocates and handling client communication effectively.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Demonstrated prior experience in civil, commercial, and writ practice.
- Familiarity with registry and court filing procedures across Delhi forums.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High enthusiasm for courtroom litigation and proven ability to work in a collaborative team.
