About the Opportunity
The Chambers of KK Law Associates is inviting ambitious, driven, and detail-oriented law students to join their dispute resolution and litigation team as a Legal Intern. This internship offers an immersive, hands-on opportunity to engage with active litigation matters, high-stake dispute proceedings, and complex legal advisory assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive legal research on statutory provisions, case precedents, and procedural nuances across various Indian courts and tribunals.
- Assisting counsel with the drafting of legal notices, writ petitions, plaints, written statements, affidavits, and interim applications.
- Preparing case briefs, compilation of authorities, case notes, and litigation binders for court hearings.
- Attending court proceedings, client conferences, and arbitration hearings alongside senior advocates and associates.
- Tracking regulatory updates, judicial pronouncements, and contributing to chamber publications and updates.
Candidate Profile & Eligibility
- Undergraduate law students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated proficiency in legal databases (such as SCC Online, Manupatra, and LiveLaw).
- Exceptional legal writing, drafting, and oral analytical skills.
- Strong commitment, professional ethics, and readiness to work in a fast-paced chamber environment.
