Key Responsibilities
- In-Depth Legal Research: Conduct rigorous research on complex statutory provisions, case law precedents, and evolving legal principles using SCC Online, Manupatra, and LexisNexis.
- Drafting Support: Assist in drafting special leave petitions (SLPs), writ petitions, plaints, written statements, applications, and legal notices.
