Key Responsibilities
- Legal Drafting: Draft high-quality Writ Petitions, Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), statutory appeals, applications, legal replies, and comprehensive briefs for high-stakes direct and indirect tax matters.
- In-Depth Research: Perform rigorous legal research utilizing specialized databases like SCC Online, Taxmann, and allied research platforms.
- Court Appearances: Regularly appear before the ITAT, High Courts, and Trial Courts under supervision, tackling complex matters including tax prosecution and compounding.
- Strategic Assisting: Assist in formulating case strategy, participating in client conferences, and preparing brief notes for senior counsel.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Bar Enrollment: Enrollment with a State Bar Council is mandatory (Enrollment with the Bar Council of Delhi - BCD is preferred).
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of solid post-enrollment experience in litigation.
- Core Advantage: Prior exposure to direct tax litigation, writ practice, or commercial litigation is highly advantageous.
- Skills: Sound legal fundamentals, excellent research and drafting capabilities, and a genuine drive to specialize in high-stakes tax dispute resolution.
