Representing a diverse clientele before the Principal Bench of the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court, the practice is built on a foundation of meticulous legal research, strategic drafting, and persuasive courtroom advocacy.
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Fresher Associate, you will not be sitting on the sidelines. You will be fully integrated into the daily operations of the chambers, working directly with the Principal Counsel on active matters. Your responsibilities will include:
- Legal Research: Conducting deep-dive research on complex legal issues, statutory provisions, and landmark precedents.
- Drafting Pleadings: Assisting in drafting writ petitions, appeals, applications, and legal opinions.
- Case Preparation: Organizing case files, preparing briefs, and formulating legal strategies for upcoming hearings.
- Court Proceedings: Accompanying the Principal Counsel to the Rajasthan High Court, assisting during hearings, and learning the nuances of oral advocacy.
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated professional who is eager to learn and possesses the following qualifications:
- Education: LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Skills: Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and legal research skills.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Location: Candidate must be currently based in, or willing to immediately relocate to, Jodhpur.
