Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas
As a Legal Associate at Convention 360, you will work directly on impactful matters across civil, criminal, and IP law. Core responsibilities include:
- Drafting litigation documents, including plaints, written statements, criminal complaints, bail applications, and petitions.
- Conducting in-depth legal research and preparing comprehensive case notes and legal opinions.
- Handling matters relating to Intellectual Property (IP) prosecution, enforcement, and advisory work.
- Assisting senior partners in court appearances, trial strategy, and client consultations.
- Working cross-functionally across multiple practice areas to offer strategic legal solutions.
Candidate Eligibility & Requirements
- Demonstrated experience or a robust interest in civil litigation, criminal litigation, or intellectual property law.
- Practical exposure to multiple practice areas will be given strong preference.
- Exceptional legal drafting, analytical thinking, and research capability.
- Deep commitment to pursuing a long-term, impact-driven litigation practice.
