Cygnus Legal, Advocates & Solicitors is inviting applications from dynamic law graduates for two Associate – Real Estate positions at its office in Bandra, Mumbai. Cygnus Legal is dedicated to delivering specialized, client-centric legal services built on integrity, diligence, and long-term trust.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
As part of the Real Estate Team, the selected candidates will be involved in:
- Drafting and handling real estate agreements and legal documentation (Conveyancing).
- Conducting legal research and Title Due Diligence for commercial and residential properties.
- Assisting with real estate transactions and advisory services.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Fresh graduates / Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Demonstrated keen interest in Real Estate Laws.
- Aptitude for Conveyancing, Title Due Diligence, and Property Transactions.
