Role & Key Responsibilities
Legal Drafting: Prepare legal notices, petitions, agreements, replies, LLP agreements, contracts, wills, and sale deeds.
Legal Research: Conduct in-depth research and case analysis in digital law, media law, consumer litigation, and cybercrime/fraud matters.
E-Filing & Documentation: Manage online case filings, handle e-filing systems, trademark filing, and responses.
Client Assistance: Assist with client coordination and case management.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Pursuing LL.B, Integrated LL.B, or LL.M.
Open to law students from any academic year.
Location, Duration & Work Mode
Location: Tilak Marg, Supreme Court of India, New Delhi (with remote flexibility).
Work Mode: Virtual / Remote or Hybrid (as per organizational requirements).
Working Hours: Flexible timings.
Duration: 3 to 6 Months.
