Key Responsibilities
- Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex statutory provisions, case laws, and regulatory frameworks to support ongoing litigation.
- Legal Drafting: Assist in drafting legal notices, petitions, written statements, appeals, and miscellaneous applications.
- Court Proceedings: Accompany senior counsels to court hearings, assist in court preparation, and observe active litigation strategies.
- Case Management: Maintain and organize case files, track court diaries, and manage client communications efficiently.
Who We Are Looking For
- Junior & Fresher Advocates: Law graduates (LL.B. or Integrated LL.B.) enrolled with the Bar Council, possessing a strong work ethic and a desire to excel in litigation.
- Law Interns: Current law students seeking practical exposure to complement their academic knowledge.
