Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to statutory guidelines, government regulations, and procurement policies (including GFR).
- Dispute Resolution & Advisory: Provide strategic legal counsel on service matters, arbitration, and tender disputes to mitigate organizational risk.
- Litigation Support: Coordinate with external legal counsels, draft written statements, and prepare briefs for ongoing court cases.
Who We Are Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university or National Law University (NLU).
- Prior experience in handling corporate law, public procurement, or government advisory matters is highly desirable.
- Exceptional drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a structured, fast-paced public sector environment.
