About the Opportunity / Organizer
Elegalify Advocates & Solicitors is an established legal firm specializing in criminal and civil litigation, corporate and commercial law, banking and debt recovery, arbitration, and dispute resolution, representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and specialized tribunals.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
Interns will gain practical exposure to litigation, court craft, and legal technology. Key duties include:
- Conducting in-depth legal research and drafting plaints, petitions, legal notices, and various court applications.
- Assisting with remote research work and drafting tasks.
- Attending physical court proceedings and office sessions in Delhi/NCR as required.
- Navigating daily court procedures, registry processes, and electronic filing platforms.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Motivated and detail-oriented law students.
- Strong legal drafting skills for notices, petitions, plaints, and applications.
- Familiarity with e-filing procedures across courts and tribunals.
- Working knowledge of registry operations and daily court procedures.
