About the Opportunity / Organizer
Elegalify Advocates & Solicitors is an established legal practice catering to extensive domains including criminal and civil litigation, corporate and commercial law, banking and debt recovery, arbitration and dispute resolution, as well as appellate proceedings before the High Courts and the Supreme Court of India.
The firm is currently inviting applications from enthusiastic, driven, and detail-oriented law students for the position of Legal Intern under a flexible hybrid model based out of Delhi/NCR.
Key Responsibilities / Internship Scope
Selected interns will gain holistic practical exposure to litigation, courtroom advocacy, and modern legal technology. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth legal research and drafting primary litigation pleadings such as legal notices, plaints, writ petitions, and miscellaneous applications.
- Handling and executing e-filing procedures across various District Courts, High Courts, and judicial tribunals.
- Navigating day-to-day court procedures, registry operations, case tracking, and filing compliances.
- Engaging in a balanced mix of remote drafting/research along with physical courtroom and chamber attendance.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Current law students pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programmes.
- Demonstrated strong legal research and drafting capabilities.
- Practical familiarity with registry processes and e-filing portals of Indian courts.
- High attention to detail, motivation, and professional work ethic.
Stipend & Logistics
- Location: Delhi/NCR
- Mode: Hybrid (Remote research/drafting combined with physical court and office visits)
